Welcome to Barney’s Bundles. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Scope
We sell physical products only and ship exclusively to UK addresses. All sales are one-time purchases. There are no age restrictions on buyers.

2. Ordering and Acceptance
When you place an order, you offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Orders are processed promptly.

3. Pricing and Availability
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice. We aim to keep stock updated but cannot guarantee availability. If a product is out of stock after your order, we will contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order at our discretion. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify. By ordering, you confirm your payment details are accurate and authorise us to charge your chosen method.

6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for unwanted items. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. We may request evidence of the issue before proceeding.

7. Delivery
We dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary and delays beyond our control are not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability
Barney’s Bundles is responsible for this store’s operation, but Shopify powers the platform and payment processing. We are not liable for Shopify’s performance. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We disclaim all other liabilities as permitted by law.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transport disruptions.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
