Shipping policy
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders. This service usually delivers within 2 working days from dispatch and includes full tracking so you can monitor your order every step of the way.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Local Delivery (Norwich)
We now offer convenient local delivery within the Norwich NR1–NR8 & NR10 area:
- £1.99 for orders under £15
- FREE for orders over £15
